Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, John O'Toole (pictured) plans to complete the 5,000-square-foot addition to his namesake pub in Westover Hills. "We're going from 90 seats to 225," O'Toole says, noting that the décor for the expansion will resemble the dark-wood-paneling ambiance of O'Toole's original space. He expects the project to be ready for revelers by March 17, when his neighborhood business will celebrate with a lineup of local musicians (including Glenn Crone, the Greater Richmond Bagpipe Band and So'lach), plus specialties such as Irish stew, corned beef and cabbage, and prime rib (the regular menu also will be available). We're guessing that partygoers will partake of the Irish whiskeys and green beer offered that night, too. For more information, call 233-1781 or visit otoolesrestaurant.com .
