-Keeping cozy this winter will be an absolute delight now that Shoryuken Ramen's launching a three-month-long pop-up at LUNCH in Scott's Addition. Come Dec. 1, chef Will Richardson's popular bowls of fusion ramen will be available for $10 through the end of February. (RVAnews)
-Speaking of Scott's Addition, last week we learned that Anderson's Neck Oyster Company is vying for a property in the neighborhood, but it seems it's one of four organizations that are interested in same space. Another business in the running: Tap 26, which hopes to open an urban winery and tasting room. (Style Weekly)
-It belongs in a museum The Magpie! Last week a guest at the restaurant stole one photo off the wall, which, probably unbeknown to the thief, was the only photo co-owner Tiffany Gellner-Lane owns of her great-great-grandmother.
