This month, the downtown restaurant Bank plans to celebrate the opening of its long-awaited companion nightclub Vault (originally scheduled to open with its dining counterpart in 2006). Marketing director Maegan Wilburn says the addition of the two-level Vault will finally complete the entire space at 1005 E. Main St. Although Bank has a refined feel, Vault evokes a "warehouse-chic" vibe, Wilburn says — for example, the winding main bar on the lower level is composed of recycled metal left over from the project's construction. The club also offers five VIP rooms with personal servers and complimentary hors d'oeuvres. Vault will be open Thursday through Saturday beginning at 7 p.m., with specials from 7 to 10 p.m., and will be available for private events during the week. For more information, call 648-3070.
