Now in its 23rd year, Senior Connections' Fan Care Program is helping Richmond area senior citizens beat the summer heat. The program donates box fans and window air-conditioning units to adults 60 and older who meet income eligibility requirements. It will run until Sept. 30. 343-3005 or seniorconnections-va.org .
