In time for the longest day of the year, Schwarzschild Jewelers will host a luxury watch event June 5 to 7. According to co-owner Lane Schiffman, "The annual event provides the first opportunity to share what's new with our clients," such as collections from Philip Stein, Luminox and Raymond Weil. Certified master watch technicians will be available to do free diagnostic testing and inspection of Swiss watches, and there will be a while-you-wait battery-changing service for all quartz timepieces. The event takes place Thursday at Cary Court from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday at Alverser Plaza from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Saturday at Short Pump Town Center from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Free. schwarzschild.com
