The sister-owned consignment business Born Again Furnishings originally opened in Vero Beach, Fla., in December 2009. "The job market wasn't all that great, so we decided it was time to open a shop," says co-owner Karen Ball. In March, Ball and Kim Klaas, who hail from Richmond, moved the home décor shop to the Willow Place shopping center on West Broad Street. They sell furniture, artwork and more in the almost 6,000-square-foot space.
