Glass artist Leighann Boone works on about 40 pieces of jewelry at a time and then fires them all at once. "Sometimes they're not what I expect," she says of her Boone Infusion jewelry line, which will be featured at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts gift shop on Jan. 26.
