Lampshades hang from the ceiling and vintage bedspreads-turned-tablecloths are draped over tabletops at Trove (204-1382 or troverva.com ) in Carytown. The antiques shop opened in June selling creatively displayed vintage finds. "I like using old things for new purposes," owner Sona Pomfret says. The 300-square-foot building has been in Pomfret's family for generations, first as her great-grandfather's grocery store and most recently as her great-aunt's antiques shop, Zarouhi's Trove. The eldest of three sisters, Pomfret is the last to open shop in Carytown — her youngest sister, Seran Taylor, owns Selosa Boutique Deli and her middle sister, Seta Michel, owns the UPS Inc. store in Cary Court.
