As she approached her 60th birthday, Renée Bullano wanted to put a little glam back into her wardrobe. A former home-economics teacher, Bullano now instructs students with disabilities about employment and helps prepare them for the workplace. Her job as a transition coordinator doesn't require formal business attire. "I've fallen away from anything dressy at all," Bullano says, admitting to wearing her curly hair the same way for 12 years. Bullano, who lives in Chesterfield County, says she wanted to develop a more polished look. "I hope to work five to eight more years and I want to feel and look vibrant." With that in mind, wardrobe and style consultant Diana Seaman of Radiant Style Made Simple took the 5-foot-3 Bullano shopping, found the perfect dress and 4-inch heels, and arranged a morning of pampering.
