Brooke Schepker's outlet for coping with the pressures of a full-time job and being the mother of two young, energetic sons? Sewbrookie, a line of handcrafted accessories that she launched just last year.
"It was such a release to me," says the Stratford Hills resident, who started with a single clutch purse and expanded to hair accessories and brooches, which Schepker crafts out of silk and organza before adding chic touches such as glass beads or pearls.
