Local Richmond crafter Kelly Chenault takes time in her own hands and creates whimsical desk clocks using a mixture of fabric, colors, prints and floral patterns. Her one-of-a-kind clock designs sell for $10 to $20 on her Etsy.com shop, KellyGirl.
