Joining the south-of-the-river arts community, Marcel Outeiro and Mark Robertson recently opened antique home décor and art boutique Nest in a renovated 1920s house. "It has always been a progressive neighborhood centered on the arts and culture," Robertson says of the choice to open shop at 3404 Semmes Ave. The upscale, shabby-chic boutique that is two blocks from Robertson's home carries high-end consignments, garden supplies, antiques and local art. At first, the pair plans to carry art made exclusively by Forest Hill and Woodland Heights residents. "We both love art and things for the home," Robertson says. "It's just everything we love." facebook.com/rvanest . — AD
