Triple Play
For a dramatic and unexpected effect, blow up a favorite photo to a poster-sized print, cut it into thirds and frame it across three frames. Bring a digital file to Uptown Color (1205 W. Main St., 353-2679). They will enlarge the image, then split it into three different 11x15 prints for $15.

Wrap It Up
Create an instant splash of color and texture in any room by framing punchy wrapping paper for a lot of bang and just a few bucks. This sheet was $5 at Mongrel (2924 W. Cary St., 342-1272). Not bad for modern art.
