I’ve visited Tinkers twice this week, and their many bedecked and bedazzled, colorful, captivating and cleverly-themed Christmas trees are almost ready for reveal.
Tinkers is being transformed for the holidays. The store will kick off the merry season with an extravaganza that run Friday, Nov. 7 through Nov. 8.
Throughout Tinkers’ bash they’ll be serving “sips, snacks and awe inspiring trends.” Hundreds of ornaments, glittered and mirrored flower sprigs, sparkly garlands, gifts and winter décor await. There’s no better time to get a head start on your holiday decorating and gift shopping.
Pictured above are just three ornaments that made me grin: a brilliant-blue acorn ($10.95); a sitting fox with bushy tail ($14.50); and a crown-wearing bird on a candy-colored disk ($14.95).
Stop by tonight from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 9, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday night promises another treat. Peri Woltjer of Out of My Mind Designs will be in house along with her new and endearing door decorations made from recycled window screens.
Tinkers is at 2409 Westwood Ave.
