Fraîche’s annual linen sale began on Monday, but you’re not too late. There’s plenty of time to capitalize on Fraîche’s white sale pricing.
Now through the end of the month, you can save 25 percent-off all in-stock Matouk and Sferra linens, and 20 percent-off all special orders.
Fraîche holds this sale just once a year, so it’s a great time to stock up and replace tired bedding, table linens and towels. Also, think about gifts. Sferra makes wonderful brushed cotton throws that are fantastic presents (many retail for $90). They’re splendid for brides and grooms and friends.
My dream item? It’s Sferra’s “Denina” diamond quilted sateen coverlet, pictured above in ice. It also comes in a creamy butter yellow color, honey. Lightweight, and with a subtle and sophisticated sheen, this quietly-elegant coverlet is made in Italy of all Italian cotton. It’s usually priced from $1,220 to $1,310. What a lavish treat.
And don’t even get me started about Matouk pillow cases. What a terrific time to save. Matouk’s “Marisol” pattern, with its wide-band of scallops, is a forever-favorite of mine. These cases look stunning with large monograms; too, especially on Euro-sized shams.
You can save on these, as well. Fraîche’s included monogramming in this one-time-a-year sale.
Fraîche is at 5805 Grove Ave. Store hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
