The Summerland concert at Innsbrook After Hours celebrates the '90s in such a perfect way that tickets might as well come with a Pentium processor and a videocassette of Beverly Hills 90210 . Last year's inaugural version featured the Gin Blossoms, Sugar Ray, Lit and Marcy Playground, along with headliner Everclear — retooled by leader Art Alexakis into a beefier, more muscular unit. Everclear (lower left) returns this summer with a grungier lineup, highlighted by Soul Asylum (upper left), a Minnesota band that never duplicated the commercial heights of its triple-platinum 1992 album, Grave Dancers Union (the band's latest, Delayed Reaction , is a muted return to form). Completing the time capsule are Eve 6, which topped the modern rock charts in 1998 with the song "Inside Out," and Spacehog, a British band that scored big in 1995 with its album Resident Alien . The flannel flies at 6:30 p.m. on June 25. $15 to $99.
