It was Jerry Seinfeld’s career as a stand-up comedian that inspired the famous TV show he co-created with Larry David — a sitcom that changed the way we talk, yada yada yada — and so it’s only natural that Seinfeld would return to the stage to find inspiration after conquering the tube (he certainly doesn’t need the money) and venturing into film (anyone remember Bee Movie?). He’s a master at turning everyday human absurdities and obsessive observation into solid laughs — whether it’s meeting a woman with “man hands” or wondering how laundry behaves when we close the dryer door, everyone’s had a Seinfeld moment. See the iconic comic at the Altria Theater on Dec. 13. 7 p.m. $49 to $150. (800) 514-3849 or altriatheater.com.
