For the 15th straight year, the Virginia Dance Festival is set to dazzle Richmond with routines from around the world. Founder and coordinator Jessica Morgan makes it a goal to showcase a variety of dance talent and styles, all in an effort to benefit the Children's Hospital Foundation. Since its inception, the event has raised more than $167,000 for the foundation.
