Just in time for the spring fashion season, the fifth annual RVA Fashion Week will introduce 10 up-and-coming designers to the local scene on May 3. Kamala Bhagat transcends creative confines with a fashion line inspired by the reggae music that came out of Kingston, Jamaica, in the late '70s. The 25-year-old's Caribbean-influenced street-style line works vintage patterns into modern designs.
