Bring your pooch out for a party and parade; the Ruff House Dog Park is inviting all canines and their owners to its third annual Birthday Bash. The event is set to take place on April 30 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (rain or shine) at the dog park, located at Rockwood Park in Chesterfield County. For the humans, hot dogs and drinks will be available, plus Ruff House T-shirts and hats for sale. Also planned are a dog-treat bake sale, a parade, a raffle, and games for dogs and humans, too. Kids are welcome to come and enjoy the park, which has a playground, but the Friends of Ruff House Park ask that no one under the age of 10 be in the fenced-in area, where dogs will run off-leash.
