If you’ve even been to a nail salon you’ve likely seen, and worn, OPI nail polishes.
Known for their rich pigments and clever color names, OPI has joined forces with the paint company Clark+Kensington to bring their plucky polish colors to Ace Hardware stores. The line, called OPI Color Palette, launched three months ago.
To make finding your color groove a bit easier, Ace and OPI have divided the collection into three color themes: The Artist, The Wild at Heart and The Romantic. Colors, from light to dark are all full of joie de vivre.
The paints combine primer and paint in one, are low VOC and are quick drying. Interior and exterior options are available.
Think of your favorite polish colors to get inspired and explore the 18, easy-to-apply hues.
I like to polish my fingernails a subtle, girly pink, a color like Clark+Kensington’s “Samoan Sand.” It’s included in the Romantic category. For my summertime toes, I like to go bold with an OPI color like “Can’t Find My Czechbook,” used on the walls in the bathroom pictured above.
With colors from “My Very First Knockwurst” and “Miami Beet” to “Vant to Bite My Neck?” there’s plenty to awaken the nail — and wall — color artist in you.
