Location: Green Bay History: Paul and Brenda Lawler left their life on North Carolina's Outer Banks seven years ago, to start a Christian camp for teenagers. Their path changed when the plan didn't pan out, and they became inspired after taking classes on farming. The name of their farm refers to the leap of faith that they took in starting their business. Specialty: The Lawlers raise Angus beef, pigs and chickens for meat as well as for eggs. Cow shares (for raw milk) are from Jersey and Guernsey cows. Production Methods: Their motto, "it's all in the grass," speaks volumes about their farming philosophy. They treat their free-range cows, pigs and chickens with care and respect on 95 acres and do not use hormones or antibiotics.
