Incredible aromatics greet you upon entry at Church Hill’s Secret Squares, where pizza is available (and often selling out) via walk-up and online preorders. My go-to has become the Rainbow Pie, complete with streaks of vodka and red sauces and pesto, making it a perfect pick if, like me, you’re unable to choose just one to smother its cheesy sourdough crust. Whipped Feta Dip

I’ve been a convert of this dip since trying a sample at Birdhouse Farmers Market in early summer, and by convert, I mean I purchase a frozen tub of it weekly. Briny feta, caramelized leeks and a pop of lemon come together in a simple yet deeply satisfying spread that makes for the perfect party accessory. Enjoy with crudités, crispy crackers, roasted carrots, salads or by the spoonful — options abound. —Eileen Mellon
Snake Plissken Burger
$14.50 at Cobra Cabana, 901 W. Marshall St.
This juicy half-pound burger may share a name with the gruff hero with a cobra tattoo in “Escape From New York,” Snake Plissken, but there’s nothing tough about its effortless symphony of ingredients. The patty sits upon a grilled brioche bun and is topped with American cheese, Zillion Island sauce, caramelized onions, dill pickle, lettuce and tomato. I opted to hold the pickle and add bacon.
