Bluemercury has expanded into the Richmond area with a West End location.
The Washington, D.C.-based high-end skincare chain is set to hold its grand opening on Nov. 5 in River Road Shopping Center II. The 2,200-square-foot store will employee six and will be managed by Allen Stanley.
“Our new Richmond store builds on our remarkable success in the D.C. and Virginia area where we now have 15 stores,” says Barry Beck, the company’s COO and co-founder, by email. “We successfully cluster our stores in markets, which makes us unique among luxury retailers, effectively building a moat of convenience around our customers.”
The company, which specializes in skin, hair and makeup products, takes pride in its customer service, as it says in its company mission statement.
