Engines fire once again at Richmond Raceway, Aug. 14-15, as the NASCAR Cup and Craftsman Truck Series return to the 3/4-mile D-oval.
The track is celebrating its 80th anniversary and will host two evening events under the lights. On Aug. 14, the Truck Series takes the green flag for 250 laps at 7:30 p.m. Corey Heim won the race last year en route to a record-setting championship season. The Cup Series’ Cook Out 400 is scheduled for Aug. 15 at 7 p.m., and two-time defending winner Austin Dillon is seeking to make it three in a row in his No. 3 car.
Single-day tickets start at $29 for Friday and $40 for Saturday. A special 80th anniversary offer includes admission for two to the Cup race for $80. Weekend passes start start at $112.
